Spark

45-minute session with a brief guided meditation inspired by the natural world to activate your creative spark and open the gates to free flowing creativity even on the busiest of days.  

Creative 
Wisdom 

90-minute session that goes especially deep via guided meditations inspired by medicinal aspects of the natural world. Includes opportunities to explore the continuum between creative rest and creative flow.

 

As Is 

60-minute sessions focusing on expression emerging directly from the breath, silence, and deep embodiment. Also includes opportunities to explore the continuum between creative rest and creative flow.

Approaches
90-minute sessions provide demonstrations, exploration and coaching of experiential entry points to mark-making, drawing and painting.


Private 
Integration

Explore compassion for your human experiences through reciprocity 
 and supportive instruction in your creative area of interest. 

Project  Consultation

Receive support to complete a short-term or long-term project intended to be shared publicly and or published. Positionally of the creator and intended audience are crucial aspects of this creative action.

At Creative School for Integration we are deeply committed to making our offerings accessible to ALL who seek this practice and community. In recognition of the multitude of circumstances that shape each individual's path, we offer different payment options as well as the opportunity to participate in the harmonious exchange of reciprocity.  

Creative School for Integration offers two live sessions a week for the exception of holidays & observances noted via our calendar and email notifications. Session recordings are also available to support immersion in the practice at any time. All sessions are designed to support an ongoing creative practice. Everyone participates in their own way. 

Your financial contribution will support our mission of reciprocity and create an opportunity for someone facing a challenging economic situation. We also have a donation option at checkout. Imagine our world if everyone contributed through reciprocity? We believe this is the way of NOW and of our collective future.
