Welcome! 

Approaches is a 90-minute session provide demonstrations, exploration and coaching of experiential entry points to mark-making, drawing and painting. 

All that is needed is a curious heart and some creative supplies. 

Suggested Materials: You will need a notebook, journal or some drawing paper and your favorite tools to make marks with. This might be markers, graphite, paint brushes, charcoal, pastels, any colors that call to you, etc. During this practice you may choose to make expressive marks, to write in your journal - or both! You may choose to work at any scale - small, medium or large. Additionally, it is highly recommended to have Mark Making tools for each hand.
